us when you arrive.

of people you bring with you or allow

your scheduled visit.
Our team will wear additional protective equipment which may include
face masks, face shields, goggles
and surgical gowns.
High-touch items such as toys and magazines have
been removed from the waiting room
to keep our patients and staff safe.
We kindly ask that you wear a face mask
to your appointment.
Our team will take your temperature
and may repeat a
few health questions once you arrive
inside our office.
If you start to experience symptoms of COVID-19 within
2 days of your appointment, please give our office a call
to alert our staff so those who came into contact with you
may be tested.
